Basic Necessities

Honesty is Key
It’s always good, to be honest with your listing, we help make sure your reviews stand up to the experience. If there are any items that make the experience stand out as not what was expected its good to have these items listed, and we help with spotting these out that you may not be aware of.
Check-in early?
When people ask if they can check in early and the house is ready by all means try to make that possible, even let visitors know that they can check in early this can only help with elevating the experience and better your odds of a 5star review.
New Guest with no Reviews?
If the person doesn’t have any reviews give them a chance this is always a great way to win positive points on getting your 5-star review. Another item that works well is to have a bottle of wine for your guests, or maybe a 12 pack of beer in the fridge, possibly fresh eggs from the neighbor’s chickens in the fridge (We’ve seen it before) these are all great winning factors into providing your guests a memorable stay.
Coffee…
Coffee. Need I say more? If you do not have coffee available this needs to be on the cleaners list, nothing like forgetting the coffee and noticing that the house a wonderful French press with some wonderful ready to brew ground coffee beans. This also gives them something to rave about during that 5star review! Don’t use bad coffee because this could hurt your odds, if your not a coffee drinker ask a friend what their favorite coffee is I would suggest shooting for Medium Roast vs light or dark.
